Good morning everyone.

my plan for today;
smoothie with watermelon collard greens and lemon
apple and pear
a large green salad
watermelon smoothie
i have not decided for lunch
may be some peaches

today's plan:

large salad w/mock salmon pate, seeds & raisins
fruit
zucchini w/marinara sauce

Hello~:D

So far today-

Green smoothie w/orange juice, kale, spinach,carrot, celery, energy greens, banana & blueberries....delicious!!!

Hot Pink Smoothie w/thai coconut water, beet, carrot, frozen strawberries, small handful of walnuts, medjool date & vanilla...really good!

Dinner will be a salad w/ mixed greens, tomato, zucchini, cucumber, carrot & avocado.

Apple for snack...

Some one told me today that the skin on my face looked radiant!! Cool...I am getting the glow!!!!!:D:D:D

Hi! 3 peaches and a banana for breakfast. Made gazpacho for lunch with flaxseed cracks. Snacked on dates in the afternoon-- not a good choice. The hi sugar content made my mood very jumpy and they gave me gas. Interesting to note! For din had a salad of red and green leaf lettuce with radish, cucumber and honey/mustard dressing.

GlimR -- go you!! How is the beet in a smoothie? I have a bowl of them here from the garden and am not sure what to do with them.

a few grapes and a nectarine
green smoothie with spinach, kale, banana, blueberries, honey, sprouted brown rice protein powder
apple
banana
romaine lettuce with live gardenburger, avo, bean sprouts, tomato
will snack on cantaloupe later if hungry

Hey all.
Due to all the cashews yesterday, I decided to lay off today, and then couldn't find anything that I wanted to eat. Pressed for time, my breakfast became my cashew cheese. :mad: Really need to step up the self control here.
I'm thinking dinner will be a light salad with strawberries, peach, and goji berries in it.

B-cashew nuts
L- watermelon, flaxseed ,and lemon water
S- boysenberry, blueberry, and raspberry smoothie
D- alfalfa sprouts salad zuchinni with sunidried tomatoes

Hi all, rough day here. One of our friends 8 yr old daughter's lost her battle with braincancer and the viewing was today..didn't eat very well until after that so engulfed a green salald with not so raw ranch dressing on the side..oh well, my only slip up since I started back in feb 15th. I did start the day with a green smoothie though.

Tomorrow will be even harder, so I am gearing up with smoothie again in the morning..

Sorry for your loss basenji :(
We have a similar situation here, a 7yo girl in our school district just lost her battle with brain cancer on Saturday. So tragic :( I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.
