I was in a local healthfood store that offered a Compass (brand) computer analysis for free on Thursdays... Well, it's Thursday so I did.

Has anyone seen, done, used, or otherwise have any information on this. It evaluates electrical impulses in your body and then maps what you "body wants" in terms of supplements.

I personally was not impressed. It maps 76 points and 53 of mine were "out of range". I needed to take about 6 or 7 different things to bring them into line... Sounds like a sales pitch to me.

Guess I'll do some research and see if it makes any sense. One supplement would "cure" over half of the things that were noted, so MAY give that one a try if it seems logical after some more study.

I have been raw since spring, so I guess I'm not "there" yet, lol.

I would be slow to react to that and even slower to take anything on its results. If you think that you are deficient in something get a blood test done.

Sounds like a marketing tool to me.

Sounds like a marketing tool to me.

That's exactly what I thought... just threw it out there to see if anyone had any experience...

I'm sure it works for them, lol. Perfect health in a pill? Sure, why not.

For me I'm doin' it RAW and will do a whole blood panel in a few months to compare to the old. Seems logical.

Didn't have any real problems before, but BP was edging up to near (very near) the prehypertensive. Now: 112/72. Pretty darn good for a FFF. (Fair, fat and over forty. Getting LESS fat, though.)
