My personal favorite is Kelp Noodles from Sea Tangle. Soak them in warm water for 30 min. with sea salt & the juice of one lemon. Drain and use as you would any type of noodle.

I like sea spaghetti ---
I've tried kelp noodles and didn't care for them, although lots of folks like them. They really don't have any taste, which can be okay because they don't 'fight' with your sauce.
You can spiralize other veggies for noodles ... butternut squash, turnip, yellow summer squash -- for a different taste. I like to mix several noodle types together.

I like kelp noodles! Never tried them with a marinara, not sure I want to. I like them in a thai sauce.

I really enjoy eggplant noodles, with a bit of sea salt and olive oil massaged into them. :D Eggplant seems to quite underrated raw, most people say it's too bitter but I've never had that issue. Just make sure you peel the eggplant before you make it into noodles. I can eat them without any sauce at all, it's so yummy. :p

I love to use beets in my spiral slicer and put Alissa's marinara sauce over them. They have a really great flavor, and complement the sauce really well.
