I usually make up my own smoothie recipe daily depending on how I feel (just tossing stuff in). Some turn out good and some turn out not so good. :p Yesterday I made one and I was impressed how amazing it was! It was the creamiest smoothie and not like as thick as it solidifies on you (I have had that happen to me a ton).
So I thought I would share it...
I used water for a base... No idea how much I used. I am going to try it with chia gel next time and spirulina/chlorela instead of bee pollen.
1 Avocado
1 Banana
10-15 Strawberries
Handful of Goji Berries
2 heaping tablespoons of raw Hemp Protein
1 tablespoon of Maca
1 tablespoon of Bee Pollen
I think the avocado, banana, and hemp protein made a perfect consistency. The other ingredients could be changed around. Ive never tried a banana and an avocado in the same smoothie. Turned out great! It was so good I wanted to chug it and I never feel that way about a smoothie (but remember to chew!).
