I bought them, ate one and decided I hate them. I hate to throw away the whole container of them though. Is there something I could mix them with that would mask the tomato taste?
Thanks!!

you could try to make a sauce, or perhaps dry them with olive oil and herbs
you can sneak them one by one into smoothies or soups

I'm thinking about just tossing 2-3 into each smoothie batch I make. I just hate to waste them. I've never liked tomatoes but I've always had tomato-based things (salsa, ketchup, sauce, etc) on a SAD so I thought since all the raw fruits and veggies are more appealing to me right now away, I might like them. Shoulda bought a smaller thing of them. But I bit into one and it was SOO gross :( :(
I'm not finding too many recipes with tomato in them anyway tho.

Do you make crackers or bread.

I know it's not chili weather or anything but I made a raw chili recently with regular tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes and it was extremely good. I paired it with some avocados and it was really delicious.

I don't have a dehydrator so I've never made crackers or bread.
Chilli sounds good!

Do you think some more time ripening on the counter would help? If you juice, lose them in your juice a little at a time. Try with some salt and lime juice on them. Marinate them in liquid aminos and apple cider vinegar and seasonings. Sun dry them and they might change flavor a little. You can always gift a neighbor or friend with them.
