It will grow and then break off so much that you can see a bald spot there:(i can't figure out a way to get it to grow and stop breaking off so much.
Can anyone offer me some help, please?
Thanks

Do you sleep flat on your back while you sleep? Do you wear a ponytail or twist your hair into a chignon for the summer months? If you hair has a tendency to be dry and brittle to begin with, anyone of these things could possibly cause breakage in the back of the head. How about wrapping a moist towel around your head while you give your hair a warm oil treatment. Make sure you are also getting enough omega-3's in your diet as well.

I'm thinking ppny tail holder, seat rest in car or back of a new favorite chair.
Consider supplementation and using a silk scarf when just laying around the house, cotton pillow cases and upholsterd furniture are very drying and can cause breakage.
Stress?
Baseball cap?

:)My hair has been very dry and i was not wearing my nylon cap and that may have caused it.
I'm so glad you mentioned that, from now on i will keep something on my head when i sleep or when and i will keep moisture in my hair.
I just read that prenatal vitamins helps your hair to go and you don't have to be pregnant to take them so i will be doing that.
Thanks again

Glad to provide the reminder... and unless you have a religious contraindication consider switching to silk. Good food on the inside, good clothes on the outside.
Prenatals are a good idea too, just didn't know if you were the supplementing type.
I reccomend New Chapter preantals or women;s mineral support. Could tell the differenc in my hair and nails within a month. Reminds me I need to get some more asap. I was taking them and folic acid in prep for another pregnancy but...
Good Luck

Could possibly be due to stress in your life. Explore alopecia. Have seen this many times.
