my plan for today
2 peaches
1 pear
a large green salad for lunch
goji
salad or zucchini pasta haven't figured out yet

Happy Friday!!! :)

Not sure what I am having today, but will include...

Green smoothie w/ orange juice, greens, frozen banana, cranberries & blueberries

Thai coconut & water

Juice w/greens, carrots, apple & lemon (yup folks, breaking out the champion!!)

Pink Lady apple...these are so good!

OK...I guess that IS my plan for the day!! :D

btw...all my day care children LOVE goji berries!

Today's plan:

b: fruit smoothie with kale (first time adding greens)
l: large salad
d: lettuce rolls or mock salmon pate on flax seed crackers.

Brekkie – little gem lettuce, banana, date, hemp oil smoothie with chia seeds
Lunch – grape, blueberry, raspberry, banana, passion fruit, coconut oil smoothie
Snack – spring greens, carrot, apple, pineapple, lemon, mange tout juice (just chucked anything in lol)
Dinner – mango, pineapple and passion fruit salad

Day Ten for me, woohoo!! I'm still having trouble with staying up too late (why can't I have this energy in the morning?), so I'm sleepy today. Writing a final paper and then I'm done with school for two weeks (yay!).

So far:
32 oz fave green juice (spinach, celery, cucumber, parsley)
1 raw chocolate macaroon (which reminded me I don't like coconut :p
28 oz green smoothie (spinach, bits of broccoli, zucchini, carrot, cucumber, mango, pineapple, orange juice, bananas)

For dinner, I'm planning to go back to Bliss Raw Cafe to celebrate the end of my summer semester and to eat some of the yummy pizza that I was eyeing on the menu yesterday. I feel very blessed to have access to such a delicious place!

I'm definitely going to exercise today, since I have to go to bed early or I'll be toast at work tomorrow. I'm planning to do an exercise DVD this afternoon, and then a long walk with my dog in the evening (it's super hot here, so we have to wait until the sun goes down).

Isn't raw AMAZING?!!

Hi everyone!

B: banana and goji berries
L: big salad of zucchini, carrot, celery, radish sprouts, and bibb lettuce with mock peanut sauce dressing (yea, same veggies as yesterday's wraps but cut and prepared slightly differently!)
S: peach cobbler
S: celery with mock peanut sauce
D: watermelon juice, peach cobbler

Found an organic market really near me that has pretty much anything I ever wanted (including raw tahini, raw macaroons and the best nectarines I have ever had)! So excited :)

Today all I've had so far is a whole grapefruit, a slice of nectarine, and a few (large) mouthfuls of zucchini hummus... my first raw recipe! Well, except for smoothies. I've always tried to avoid 'uncooking' because I hate nut-based recipes and mostly I'm happy with a salad and/or fruit.

Tonight, though, I'm going to try to convert my parents a little bit... hence the raw hummus and the macaroons, which I'm serving for dessert. It's a good day!

Hopefully the rest of the day will go like this:

Snack: zucchini hummus with celery, grape tomatoes, and zucchini crudites
Dinner: big kale salad with lots of baby tomatoes
Dessert: nectarine slices and one mint-chip coconut macaroon :)

Hey everyone!

yesterday and today were both pretty great. Yesterday I met up with an old friend who now works at a juice bar, so i got tons of free juice and smoothies!
Today was:

.a young coconut for breakfast
.a massaged kale salad with tomato, cucumber, green onion, and red pepper .for lunch
.a banana while i was out
.beet, chard, celery, garlic, carrot juice
.an avocado and a slice of watermelon for dinner


yeah, pretty good day. and my mom commented on my glowing skin today as well. I also have a strong cough because I am detoxing from quitting cigarettes. I haven't even had any cravings and it's been almost a week! yay!

Everybody is doing wonderfully. Congratulations on your healing from smoking, kidkid, that is fantastic. =]

Todayyyy..

-Orange slices
-Peach with mint sprinkled on top
-Young coconut blended with its water, 1/2 banana, and dates. Y to the UM.

thank you shels! I have quit many times in the past, but so far this time it feels much easier. It feels natural somehow, as opposed to strenuous. Perhaps it is because i'm trying to quit in conjunction with eating raw and doing so much yoga and deep breathing. who knows! I just hope it sticks this time!

I didn't feel lightheaded today ! Yeah!

B-boysenberry, blueberry, flaxseed and raspberry smoothie
L- zuchinni blended w/water then watermelon for desert
S- watermelon and lemon water
D- 2 cups alfalfa sprouts salad with cashew nuts, bits of yellow squash, lemon juice, and dried cherries.
S-watermelon !

I need to go shopping, I'm craving nectarines or an apple.
