Any post pregnancy ladies out there who found a way to get rid of the dreaded "pooch"? I am down to a healthy BMI (Lost about 83 pounds including pregnancy weight now Im about 135 at 5'6 ish) but still have the problem tummy spot.
I walk at least a mile every day, do weight training, sit ups, reverse sit ups, push ups, and any other physical activity I can fit in to my day.
Ideas? Thoughts on diet?

have you tried sit ups on an incline bench with your head towards the top and straight legs, with a weight? one of my girlfriends does that all the time. she has two kids and a flat stomach. said that was the trick

I have not tried that...sounds intense but a great idea! Thank you!

Standing crunches. There's many ways to do them and they're way more fun than the sitting ones. You can google to get different ideas of them. I like the knee lift ones-straight forward or with a twist. For even more fun, do them to music to make them more like dancing.

I swear by pilates, but I am also not a mother. I do know that "targeting" is very rarely a successful practice, and if you're looking to lose fat tissue, the fastest way is supposed to be through cardio. Good luck, and congratulations on your progress so far. =]
