I'm super thrilled about this fast. So peace-filled. I'm so in the zone, moreso than any other fast I've done.

It's also very cool to have my doctor involved in this one. Getting some science to go with it is kinda cool. Cause let's face it... numbers don't lie!

But ya... 7 beautiful weeks down... many more to go!

Moretta, thanks. I am rawkin' this fast... and lovin' every minute of it! Okay that's not true. There are moments when I'm not lovin' it... but I'm being mindful and getting through them. (((hugs))) Especially with the love and support of my fellow fasters!!!

I'm doing a juice fast. I drink as many freshly made raw live juices as I desire in a day. On this fast, my intake has been quite high compared to other fasts. Also my green intake has been tremendous.

I haven't found my vision increase, although other fasters have in the past. I do find though that my allergies (airborne) are minor compared to what they've been in the past (pre-raw).

My smell is high normally... but it's crazy high when I'm fasting. I can smell a tomato being picked in a three mile radius LOL

My ability to fast is no different than your ability to eat raw. It's a choice... and one we continue to make with each meal.

And yes, my spirituality heightens tremendously when I fast... it's my number one reason that I fast!
