If so, what do you think? Were they worth the cost, do you still use them? I have recently come across some of her stuff, and it looks intriguing, if a little ... hyped-up.

I just got the mat workout in the mail and watched the DVD.I haven't actually done it yet, though. It does look challenging and I'm looking forward to doing it.I decided to learn one routine only, and just repeated it through the entire 45 minute music portion of the DVD. Then, after 10 days,I learned the second routine.Lastly, because it is such high repetitions, lots of motion,I feel I am keeping my heartrate up during much of the workout.

I really like this workout. Very different from other workouts Barre. Love for music. Not much to put in so you really need to pay attention and that does not count all the time. The unweighted and weighted by hand labor is a murderess. Your hands feel like they want to drop and I have only used. I like his work pop. A lot of moves in straight legs.....

I really like the TA workouts. There are plenty of squats, and some of the exercises in the mat workout remind me of the workouts I did when I was a synchronized swimmer. It's true that it's oriented towards those who want to be as lean as possible. I use 2 lb weights for the arm workout and I think 3lbs would be killer but awesome (pain is good sometimes). The cardio is challenging because it is very very fast paced. Today I got through 15 minutes before switching to my Zumba dvd. Give it a try!

Does anyone else does these workouts? I'm integrating more and more raw food so I'm eager to connect with someone on the same sort of program.
