I've gone through menopause and i have a friend who does the same things.
Does this happen to anyone else, hope we are not alone in this.

We've had record breaking temps and high heat indexes here in my neck of the woods this summer, so yes, I do sometimes get a little wet under the collar even when I am not "doing anyone" (:D) or anything.

Yup! Me too yet, it often depends on what I've eaten not who I'm doing. ;)

Yes! I went through menopause about 10 years ago and during this past year, I thought my hot flashes were coming back. Apparently they can. But it was just random sweating for me, thankfully. I did ask a neighbor who is quite a bit older than me and it (the sweats) were true for her, too. Being a woman, ain't fer sissies.....:D

Are you 100%. My sweats stopped within 3 weeks of going 100% but anytime that I eat anything cooked or even have a cup of tea my temp goes up.

sport that is exactly how it is for me as well. i sweat like crazy - esp during the night - if i eat anything cooked... but stay raw (or fasting) and there's no sweating for me.

that that could cause the over sweating problem.
I had a tough go with constipation and i thought that might have an effect on me causing the sweating and overheating of my body.

Combination. Eating cooked most likely leads to the constipation which leads to the sweats. Change what you're doing and see if it makes a difference.
