Hey folks!
A little background, I've been fasting off and on for the past few months. Water, MC, and juice fasts for health benefits and weight loss. I've always been good about breaking any fasts I've been on. I eat high raw when not fasting.
I have a wedding I'm going to this Saturday. My dress came in on Wednesday and I had some problems with the fit. Mainly the breast area. I decided to start fasting Thursday to take off the water weight and any bonus that might follow.
Well, it's working great! The dress already looks 100 times better on me and I feel comfortable wearing it. I could use a little bit more room in the top thus I don't want to stop fasting quite yet. Plus it's a real fine line with this dress and I can't have much water retention. However, I do want to eat at the wedding without worry of getting sick from doing so.
I'm really trying to plan out breaking this fast but I'm concerned I might be pushing it. I could use some advice.
This is what I've done on the fast and currently have planned for breaking it:
Thursday 7/22- MC
Friday 7/23 - water
Saturday 7/24 - water
Sunday 7/25 - water
Monday 7/26 - water
Tuesday 7/27 (today) - MC
Wednesday 7/28 - MC
Thursday 7/29 - fresh OJ
Friday 7/30 - watermelon
Saturday 7/31 - watermelon till the wedding @ 3:00pm then full food consumption
Sunday 8/1 - light eating
Monday 8/2 - starting fast again because I'm feeling great!
Incase anyone was curious, so far I've released 15 lbs on this fast.
