Hello, evryone. My name is Lisa and my raw awakening happened a month and a half ago...sitting there at 5'2", 208 lbs with my gallbladder taken out in March 2009 and with high blood pressure I saw a life-changing video on YouTube. It was a video with so much energy and love that I coulddn't help but want to embark on a raw foods journey. The video I saw was one by The Life Regenerator on YouTube. Dan blows my mind. I started my journey at 65% raw and at the beginning of last week went to 80% and upwards to 95% - at this point I lost 13 lbs and was down to 195 lbs! Yesterday I was 100% for the day and checked the scale in at 187 lbs, so I lost another 8 lbs! I was totally impressed with myself and didn't even miss meat. I had one carb craving/emotional hunger pain due to my body saying stop moving but it passed after 5 minutes. I will continue 100% raw today. Carbs were an addicton but I have full intention to make that a part of my past - it will be nothing but history! Anyway, that's a little about me. Sending loads of love and positivity to you all!

Wow....I'm excited for you. Do you have Alissa's book and DVD? They are really good tools in helping you understand all the in's and out's about raw and living foods. I have alot of raw food books and I still consider this the best out of all of them. The DVD's show Alissa making all kinds of easy and quick recipes. Good Luck.
