Have no food plans yet for the day except for a green smoothie and melon...seem to be on a kick with that lately..........ah melon season!!!
I was wide awake in the night for some reason...a little tired this morning but hoping that smoothie will fix me up!! Hope everyone has a great day.

So the past two days my "no nuts" thing has gone to the dogs, but I got in some nice exercise this morning, and am right back on track. :D
So far only had a small handful of fruit to keep me from skipping breakfast, but I'm thinking some kale, orange and pineapple later. Yum.

Been MIA for a few days. Life does get in the way. Food doesn't Salads are a safe haven for me when I can't think of something to eat. Was combing the older recipes and found a cracker recipe I made last night I will be munching on that today. Flax cinnamon cracker. I like it surprisingly I don't like flax but this one is ok I have added it to my recipe files. 3 cups flax soak 2 in 2 cups h2o grind 1 cup. 2 t cinnamon 2 T honey salt. Mix, spread on dehydrate sheets. dehydrate. How easy is that. Made an easy ranch dressing have been munching on vegy dipped in it ummm.Eat Raw
