I have read the book, but still don't know the answer to this. This is day #3 for me. Should I continue with the smooth move tea AND the swf even though neither one of them are doing anything? I will if I should be, but won't if it isn't necessary.

YES: SWF every morning, one cup of SM tea every night. :)

Did I read in a different post that you have switched around the tea and flush to work into being able to go to the gym in the morning? Which I understand completely, mind you :) I started a thread on this forum ages ago about the perils of a poorly timed SWF. However, the whole theory behind the cleanse is that you drink the LA through the day, your body absorbs it during the night so you are getting the nutrients, and the blend is loosening the plaque on your intestines as you sleep. The flush the next morning helps to flush it all out. I am not surprised you are not finding it effective if you are doing it differently.

No, I didn't switch it around - I just do the tea early in the evening around 6'ish.
And I am serious - neither the tea nor the swf is doing anything. I will continue it though. Thank you!

Each time I've done the MC, I've had the tea right before bed and then another cup of it when I wake up, before starting to drink the MC stuff again, and have never done the SWF, but have always been able to "go" nicely with just the tea.

Ah ok, sorry for the mistake.
Wow....so no cramping, no, erm, butt pee :D? Do you feel like you may be absorbing the salt water? I felt really heavy and dehydrated at first and then messed around with the salinity of the flush and it made all the difference.
I also used the actual senna pods rather than the tea and gee they were sure effective!
