Not sure if this is the right place to put this...
I've tried to go raw several times and have failed each time. I am now taking a different approach than I have in the past with integrating 3 green smoothies a day, lots of veggies, nuts, seeds, etc. So far I'm on Day 4 and I am feeling like my junk food cravings (a huge problem for me since January) have been really curbed.
Unfortunately, my first day back on raw coincided with TOM. I was feeling fine the first day and then at around 9 p.m. the cramps hit - very severe ones like I haven't had since I was a teenager :(. Now I am on Day 3 of TOM and the cramps are still around, though much less severe. But my usual TOM has me having cramps that are mild/moderate for the first few hours of the end of Day 1 and then they subside and I have no more.
So I'm wondering if possibly going raw at the same time TOM came around might be causing the extended cramping. Has anyone experienced this?
