View Full Version : Help: Just received the Omega Juicer and it wont start!

I'm so upset. I just bought the Omega Juicer 8005 and it wont turn on! It's plugged in and I've tried it in different outlets. Has anyone else had this problem? It's going to be such a pain to send it back.

Call the customer service and explain it to them. They probably could walk you through it.
I don't have an omega, but check to see that it is assembled correctly and everything is fitting together. One morning my Hurom wouldn't go, and it turned out the top piece needed to be turned a bit further to 'connect'.
Hope it starts working for you!

Of course everything is closed now. I'm on the West Coast and they're in the East Coast. I really hope I don't have to spend money shipping it back because of their eff ups. I was so hyper earlier on and now i'm extremely angry. I read the extremley basic manual several times just to make sure I didn't miss any small details and I even watched the video online and I mine is just dead. Sucks so bad.
You shouldn't have to pay to send it back - they should pay for that. They can either send you a prepaid address label or they can arrange for UPS to do a pick-up at your house. *Ü*

Thanks. I called them and they are sending UPS. I googled this issue and it seems no one else has had this problem.

They received this back as a return and someone in shipping repacked it instead of dealing with the defect.....
Hopefully it was a screw-up on the dock and not a purposeful repacking....like Walmart does)
