Morning everyone!:)

*Starting the day w/watermelon
(I am so loving this right now)

*green smoothie w/fresh oj, powdered greens, baby spinach, frozen mango & blueberries.

*chopped salad w/romaine, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber & vinaigrette

*cherries

*handful of walnuts

*something else raw.........will see what calls me...

This is such a great time of year to be raw...such an abundance of beautiful fruit to choose from!! Hope everyone has a wonderful raw day~

Hi. =]

Today I had a massssive kale salad with TONS of tomatoes. I made a dressing mainly out of avocado, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to coat it in. Sprinkled hemp seeds on top. Mmmmm.

Then a few dates.

Edit: And a huge bunch of grapes. :)

Today has been SO much better than yesterday. Not sure what was wrong with me yesterday, but it was a very "off" day for me.

Let's see...
B - tomatoes, celery, cucumber, zucchini made into a smoothie of sorts
L - zucchini noodles with Alissa's marinara
S - RP's raw brownies
D - not sure yet...salad maybe or a green smoothie

Went to the gym today, biked 2.5 miles, walked a mile on the track, did a bunch of stretching, and I'm SO sore...but in a good way. :D

Hi all..still here..

Had a green smoothie for breakfast, yum.
snacks were fruits and nuts, well more liek raw peanuts..so legumes..
Lunch was a green salad and a home made Larabar, delish and I had napa cabage coleslaw for dinner with 2 bananas for dessert, with some pineapple chasers..:)

and I am wide awake. WHY
finished yesterday with way to many raw nuts. wanted comfort food and didn't know what to eat I know what I wanted not good so grabbed easiest thing I could, The only thing I can say is it was raw.
Not feeling like food today raw or cooked. I think this will be a fast day for me. maybe I will do a few vegy juices. lots of water. Will be back to report if things change. Have to go to town today will stop at my health store want to get wheat berries to make rejuvelac why can't I spell that word I know it is four in the morning. Go back to bed. Keep it RAW

I can no longer conceive of life without Abeba's Krazy Krackers - made little cheese ones today - WOW!

Bananas x 6
Green Smoothie (too much watercress :mad:) oh well
Large Salad with Portobello Mushrooms
Beet-Celery-Apple Juice with Ginger
Raspberries
Watermelon
Coconut Water
Macaroon
Peaches (mushy, but I ate them anyway)
Wilted Greens
Almond Butter
Krazy Krackers off and on all day
