Hi everyone!:) Glad to be home.
It was great not getting up at 5:30 everyday....trying to get back into my routine. I am having some kind of weird detox rash under my left arm...hoping that goes away soon. Green smoothies and watermelon is the plan for the day.

*Green Smoothie w/fresh orange juice, powdered greens, baby spinach, frozen banana, blueberries & mango (1 qt.)...scrumptious!!

*watermelon, watermelon and more watermelon!!!!

*hempseed/brazil nut milk w/cacao, maca, bee pollen, vanilla, medjool dates and frozen banana (1 qt.)
*water

2 bananas.
2 pears.
choco smoothie. ( banana, strawberry, almond milk and some raw bliss)

I had a great raw day...a little angsty here and there but stayed raw and really enjoying the process right now. My plan is 6 months...a reasonable amount to deal with and enough to see some major changes. Seven weeks in and really feeling great.

Hi all..
B-green smoothie, it was good..
S-fruit
L-cucumber and celery with nut. yeast and sesame seeds
D-cut up veggies and Honeydew melon.

Hi All,
I was a bit challenged today because I got up late!

B - sprouted pecans with almond milk
L - banana
D - sugar snap peas, cucumber, hummus

Snacks - watermelon, raw veggie crackers

Hey everybody. :)
Today was tons of strawberries and grapes, a small handful of pecans, and banana ice cream with some chocolate on top. Oh and two dates. I just couldn't resist, and two is better than eight, right? :rolleyes:

Tried a new recipe from Abeba the Krazy Kracker Lady - Portobello Sandwich - it's an open-face stack of veggies on top of the mushroom - I added a layer of "The Bomb Cheese Sauce" -- OMG :D

Bananas x 4
Green Smoothie
Blueberries
Raspberries
Peach
Large Green Salad with Hemp Seeds
Krazy Krackers
BBQ Chips
Watermelon
Coconut Water

Hi all, I started yesterday so I am either behind for July or ahead for August.
So far I have had
Fruit smoothy
lunch will be a killer salad with I don't know yet. But it will be raw.
Dinner something RAW hehehe
I bought some beets with pretty green tops I cut the tops off and put them in h2o I usually toss them for lazy reasons. I have put in smoothy but want to do some thing else any ideas. Wonder what chips would taste like. Stay RAW

I have found that beet greens do not hold up as well as kale when making chips. I use beet greens in smoothies and salads - I also wilt them in a colander with a little salt and olive oil - DELICIOUS!
