Hi All,

I really want to be fasting right now. It's summer, it's lovely, my mind absolutely thrives with it.....I am looking for creative fasting advice. I would like to create a fast that is:

1. low maintenance (ie, chopping, prepping and clean up)

2.won't feed and starve me in the same fast (juice fasting feels like this sometimes. it makes me really distracted)

3. won't add any sugar to my diet (and no i don't do coconut and no iterest in MC

4. Will focus on healing the Small intestine/ stomach (leaky gut?)

5. I have a wheat grass juicer coming in the mail. how have you all incorporated wg into your fasts

thanks all.....

not for me. i live in the pac. northwest.

coconuts, avos, bananas don't grow here, don't digest for me here.

when i am in hawaii, no problem......very interesting ;)

coconut water doesn't digest for you? you really don't digest it... it's absorbed by your body. ;)

it's not a match on any level.

triggers sugar sensitivities in me

believe me in 4 years raw, this is a well tested analysis :D
