L-2 bananas, small apple
S-peach, small apple
D-green salad with okra and avocado
watermelon for dessert...

Hey all.
- Kale and banana salad
- Nuts and chocolate
- Strawberries and grapes
Went to the doctor today, found out I've gained six pounds in the past three weeks. :eek: I'll be getting rid of most nuts and dates now, and upping the veggies. This change is far overdue anyways. :rolleyes:

No time like the present time to get started. Have to go shopping first. Will see you in a few days. 100% you say? Great challenge for me. I do great with my raw but never master 100%. I have lost about 60 pounds, feel fantastic,, have a health issue I need to address that is why I would like to do the challenge. Raw it out. Have been reading what you are eating getting a few ideas. So will see you in a few days.

Just got back from store. GOT FOOD! I did start today had a smoothy this morning. I have all kinds of goodies. Fruits and vegys and more. Will check out the recipes here to turn my groceries into meals. Off I go. See you in the recipe section.
