Here's some raw vegan athletes/body builders you can read about:
Tim VanOrden's Running Raw Project -
Garden Diet - grow younger and attain your ideal weight with all natural food.
The above were supposed to be links but they did not work out. I will have to try again.

Add Alissa Cohen (the hostess of this forum) to that mix.

Are you talking about pure strength training, or body building? If the latter, I have yet to find any real body builders whom are 100% raw.
I come from a BB background w/SAD diet, mainly organic chicken/organic brown rice and veg. To be honest, I feel great on RAW when doing cardio. Any serious lifting seems to be the limit, which is very frustrating for me. My recovery time is 4x that of when I was on a clean SAD diet. I'm trying to work with this, but continue to struggle.
When I burn 650 cals a workout, I need a tremendous amount of food to continue packing on size, which is not really happening even though I'll eat 2 huge salads, down a protein shake, etc. Just isn't working thus far.
