I might be moving jobs.... right now I have the luxury of working at home with complete flexibility. I might do a job that takes me out of the house at all hours.
This means I would have to juice the day before.
I've got a Greenstar Elite juicer...
I've heard that you should ideally drink the juice within 30 minutes to get all of the benefits...
If you're juicing the day before, how much do you lose?
Thanks

With the GreenStar, supposedly it'll last a couple of days. I don't keep it for more than a day, usually.

It starts to go downhill immediately but old juice is still better than no juice.
Store it in an airtight container that you fill to the very top to keep as much air out as possible. If it is not full then top it up with water.

When I did my first fast I did the MC. The first day I juiced all the lemons I would need for that day and just put the juice in the fridge. Bad idea. If you eanna experience how quickly juice dies and goes nasty just juice some lemons and then taste em every couple of hours. I actually poured the juice down the drain and just did em fresh everytime since then.
I have read though somewhere that you can freeze juice and it will retain 80% of it's enzyme content. I freeze juice all the time. It makes a wonderful slushy treat, and it still tastes really good. I freeze the juice in mason jars. Just leave enough airspace so that as the liquid expands and freezes it won't break the jar. I leave probably an inch or so of space is all.

I presume that that applies to all twin gear juicers.
