Here's also some more good info if you already don't have enough for some info. overload.:p
This is the site with the forum of which I posted a link to for you in your other post talking about the pink tongue/true hunger. http://therawfoodsite.com/
And here's a load of info on liver cleansing. http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/
Also if you just go to curezone by clicking the curezone link in that second link I just posted you will find a message board on the left side that is for people to discuss liver flushing. I think there's also one there for people to talk about the master cleanse. And water fasting.:p LOL There's a lot of information on that curezone site. And lots of people too discussing their experiences.

I'm back. And as if you don't already have enough to keep you occupied. This post I saved cus it talks about different cleanses and the order that is suggested to do em in.

For a kidney and colon cleanse I think juice fasting is doing it for me. I have read that a good kidney cleanse is to eat loads of watermelon for like three days. LOTS of watermelon and eat nothing else for the duration. And a good colon cleanse can be accomplished while juice fasting if you're willing to do salt water flushes or enemas for like a week while you begin a fast. The enema won't get the whole colon from what I've read. But a salt water flush gets everything. There is of course other ways like psyllium and bentonite shakes.
Also I've read that apples are great for softening any gallstones to help em release.
Lymph cleansing can be done by rebounding, or jumping up and down, stretching, and even contrast showers.
Heavy metal cleanse can also be accomplished while juice fasting if you enjoy the flavor of cilantro.
Tooo much info yet. LOL. I've got loads more. But I don't have experience of helping others. Just myself. And it's all just stuff I've read and kept for myself cus I'm looking for the healthiest possible lifestyle I can achieve.
I ordered humaworm for a parasite cleanse.
In my personal opinion if you're gonna look to cleanse the body I'd start with a juice fast. And possibly a parasite cleanse too. The juice fast is amazing at what it can accomplish. It's only my second fast, but I've read soooo many good things about it. It's also nice to get them parasites outta there, if ya have any. But something like nine out of ten times someone is tested no parasites show up in the test, even though they are there. Modern tests aren't effective at finding all the different parasites from what I've read.
I hope I didn't send ya for a loop. There's just so much one can learn on their path to health that I just wanted to share a little bit of what I've learned.

actually it's recommended that you cleanse your organs BEFORE you do a parasite cleanse so they are cleaner and healthier to deal with the parasites...

Thanks for the tip Aleesha. I had read somewhere about 5 months ago that you should start a parasite cleanse after a week into a juice fast. And I kinda wondered why. And now it all makes sense.:p

and the very very knowledgeable woman at the health food store in my town says you should never do one unless you are eating.
so... everyone has their own opinion on such things. i just simply add garlic to my tomato juices and allow my body to do what needs doing.

So you are saying garlic will, in time, take care of parasites? what type of quantity are we talking about? A clove or two or way more?
