The Raw Kiwi

Hi There
I am originally from New Zealand, but have lived in Hong Kong for the past three years. By the end of this year, my husband and I will be moving to his home - San Diego. I can't wait! Especially seeing as I have been on this Raw journey for the last 6 months and am so excited about how much easier it will be in SD than in HK!
I am always on the hunt for interesting recipes and have already tried the Jumble Upside Down Cake I found exploring today. It was amazing so hopefully I can share some recipes with you all as well.
I have a website www.therawkiwi.com which I have been learning how to create and would love some comments!
My main concern with going raw is about weight loss. No, I am not here to lose weight, in fact I need some help with the opposite. I am by no means 100% raw, I would say possibly somewhere in the vicinity of 85%, but I currently weigh under 100 pounds and although I have always been small, I am worried I may disappear soon! I try to eat a lot of good fats and of course lots of dessert (my favourite part about raw foods!) but I still seem to get comments from colleagues/others who don't know about the Raw lifestyle who think there is something wrong with me. Even my "holistic doctor" said "would it really be that bad to eat some bread? Perhaps an egg a day too?"
So that's me!
