Raw class on the east coast? Aug 7th-13th? or July 11-13?

I am a stay at home mom of two young kids (1 and 3) it's really hard to get away but I do have a few time slots this summer where I can escape. I really want to take that time to learn more about raw food. My first choice would be a class, secondly a retreat/event.

Ideally I'm looking for something the week of Friday August 7th-Sunday Aug 13th

Other dates are July, 11-13

I can consider other dates this summer and fall but childcare will not be as easy.

I am willing to travel to NYC, DC, NJ, DE, MD, CT or really any east coast state.

I think you may want to check my B&B/retreat Turquoise Barn. I'm located in the Catskills on an organic farm. I teach raw food classes, offer raw breakfasts and we are kid friendly.
