I'm so glad to have found this site. I have been gradually learning about raw food for the past 5 months. The more I learn and read about it the more I love it! None of my friends or family are interested in raw food so I really need some others out there for support. Thanks in advance to all of you.

Hi there RSC. I'm new as well, and from the Niagara Region in Ontario so upstate NY is not far. Glad you found this site too, I'm finding it a gold mine of very helpful material. Do you have Alissa's book yet? I can't wait to get mine - the posties are soooooo slow!!

Right now I'm keeping it very simple but can't wait to dive in and prepare some of the fab recipes I've seen here.
