Hey everyone-

Had my first all raw Italian class a couple of weeks ago.

Before you ask -I don't have recipes! I just wing it. And I can't believe that winging it with the biscotti actually worked. It was the only thing I had to go outside raw, because I could not find any raw hazelnuts (or even any non-raw hazelnuts!) so I did have to use organic hazelnut flavoring, but these did rock - and I heated up the pannacotta in the dehydrator - with a shot glass of the chilled almond mylk. Oh yum!

And yes, from a previous post - I did do all the prep myself (ouch my feet hurt!) and no, I did not take any pics because I was so engaged with running the class I forgot! Boooooo to me.

I can't wait for the day that there is actually someone else in Rochester who wants to do these classes with me! :)
