So far
- Green smoothie (young thai coconut flesh, 2 lg. handfuls spinach, pineapple and agave)
- a banana
- a couple kale chips
- milk of a young thai coconut
- 2 carrots
- an apple
I might have some nuts later, see you all tomorrow :)

Am in a superfood phase & drinking lots of water. Also had:

~ cauliflower
~ banana, nectarines
~ green juice, seed milk w. stevia, nectarines

Hi all, happy wednesday..
Still feeling ugghee from the strong antibiotics I am taking for the punture wound in my foot, but I am going strong on the raw, not deveating from the plan..

B-green smoothie
S-watermelon, since my 5 yr old son dropped it and it exploded I hadto rescue it and put it to good use..
L-spinach salad with pico de Gallo some almonds
S-more almonds
D-beet burger salad with celery
snack again- 2 peaches, 2 bananas and 1 mango

I forgot to post on here yesterday. I ate:

- green smoothie
- mock chicken salad
- strawberry kiwi juice
- carrot ginger juice
- some kale chips

Wow... looking back it doesn't seem like I ate much but I was full the whole day.
