Okay, so far I have eaten..

2 handfuls of macadamia nuts
handful of kale
15 raw sweet potato chips
6 glasses of lemon water (drinking#7)
1 whole pineapple
1 banana
handful of raisins
4 cherry tomatos

and I plan on making the zucchini fettuccini alfredo for dinner.

S- Date-coconut rolls
L - Kale salad
S - Peach and pie crust

Hey girls..
I am here, athough late. Working on tearing out kitchen and floating walls in our "new" house..busy busy.

B-fruit porridge
S-banana-honedew melon
L-chinese coleslaw
S-zucchini hummus and carrotsticks
D-fruitsalad=strawberries, whiteflesh peach, bananas and blueberries, almonds and walnuts, some raisins too.

I spent the day out on a beautiful lake, in a rowboat, with my sweetie... thus, I had a smoothie (strawberry, blueberry, frozen banana) before we left, and then a big green salad, and just snacked on fresh fruit and pumpkin seeds the rest of the day.

Hi! I've been doing very well, just working a lot of hours.

For the past 5 days I've been eating:

B- smoothie with fresh fruit, almond milk,sprouted flax & chia, raw green powder and sprouted brown rice protein powder

L - same as above or salad with mixed greens and sprouted lentils,sunflower and pumpkin seeds

D - same as above, or just some carrots & cucumbers with hummus.

I haven't been snacking because I usually have my shakes while I work!
