I am 19 years old and this is the first time I have ever done something like this.
I first heard about living Raw from my mom last christmas, it was just after I had become a vegetarian. Since then she and I have been talking about it a lot more and she kept telling me she didn't wake up with aches anymore. So I desided 11 days ago I would stat eating raw!
I has been a little hard because I miss my earl gray tea with milk and sugar and my chocolate chip cookies at teatime.
But Already I have lost 10lbs and and feeling really good.
