Live blood cell testing (and dead blood cell testing) in Ottawa?

Anyone know where we can get live blood cell tests done in the nation's capital, by any chance?

I've always wanted to get these types of test done to find out what I've got wrong with me. Last week at the raw food festival we had here in Ottawa, one of the presenters said he would give up information about where to go. But I had to leave and I figured he'd be swamped otherwise, late or no, I would have waited.

I contacted the presenter but he's travelling. I can't wait anymore. If there's a place in Ottawa to do this, I'd greatly appreciate knowing. I may have been mistreated by the doctors for last 10 years re my severe anaemia so I'd like to from now on go somewhere else for second opinions at all times. I'm not going to cut out doctors completely, I still will be hooked into the system but need to find alternatives.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "live cell" testing - are you referring to the UMMA test which tests the B12 activity at the cellular level?

I also ended up asking at my health food store and don't know if this is true, but a customer responded to me saying that any naturopath can do this test. Not sure about that but will check it out.
