I've already posted once or twice on here but I thought it would be more suitable to introduce myself.
I'm 17, living around Vancouver BC, Canada. Ohyeh, female too. There's not much else to say because at 17 I feel like I have yet to begin a satisfying life. I came across raw food about 2 years ago when I became crazed with nature and 'adjusting back' to fit it, I looked to see if a raw food diet existed on google and instantly knew this is what I was meant to do. Well, i've just started today, (I've attempted to go raw many times) but this time I'm ok with sacrificing all the junk-food, I realize the relationship me and junk food has is abusive lol and it's time to leave it behind!! Good riddance! :)
After developing acute anorexia around a year ago, I fell into a cycle of binge eating nearly every day and have since then gained a lot of weight i'm hoping to lose... but i'm not doing this to lose weight. I'm here to cut off my binge-eating-disorder, have more energy, more confidence, nicer skin, vanish my disfiguring amount of scars (I hear raw helps scars fade?), and most importantly stick to what I believe in and that is the trust I hold in nature.
Hello good people! :) I'm happy to have found this forum.
