Thanks everyone!
Well, it is odd, I have only really lost about 10 pounds. I did not have much to loose.
BUT....
Those 10 pounds were very very stubborn!!!
The part I dislilked the most was the midsection! I am happy with my belly now!
It is also great to be able to go into my closet and fit into everything and buy new clothes.
The icing on the cake was when I did a colon cleanse and fast about a month and 1/2 ago. That released the last 5 pounds.
I will see if i can come up with some pictures.
