Sparkling Water on a Juice Fast

Is it okay to drink natural sparkling water on a juice fast?I love it, and I want to join the juice fasters but I don't want to talk about something I shouldn't!

it's just carbon dioxide in water... can't see why it would be a problem but honestly... i've done zero research on that. never been asked that before LOL

Good because I love this ginger beer recipe as an end of the day treat...it's just the juice of 2 apples, ginger, and sparkling water.
