Weight loss on Lemonade Detox..

What has been your experience with weight loss on a Lemonade Detox? (master cleanse I think?)

I don't have much weight to lose, maybe 10 pounds at the most. But I'd really like to speed up the detox, cuz I've had a hard time staying 100% raw in two months. I just want to cleanse it all out! And hopefully lose that last few pounds as well.

How much weight did you lose?

I lose an average of about 3-4 kilos everytime I do the MC, so a bit less than 10 lbs. I usually gain a kilo or two back as soon as I start eating again, but it's much easier to eat healthy when you've "reset" your body :D
