I bought a jar of Amazing Grass Amazing Meal. If I add a scoop of that to a mix of liquids, either juice or water or mylk, would it be considered a smoothie, then? And so, not a juice appropriate for one doing a juice fast for X days?

I thought I had read that it was the absence of fiber that made the difference between juicing and smoothies, but I am not sure exactly what this would be, then? When fruit is generally in a powder form and has added in flax, wheat, barley blend amongst a lot of others, is it the whole fruit, including the fiber that is powdered?

Do you know that your powder is dried juice. Check the label to see if they list fibre content.

Thanks. No I didn't think it was dried juice; for some reason I thought it was the whole fruit dehydrated and then turned into powder.

I looked and it does say 6 grams of fiber. I'll wait on adding that.

Thanks for the answer!
