Goedemorgen!
It looks like it might be another rainy day in northern Minnesota. I was hoping to finish weeding the garden. Maybe I'll get lucky and this will blow over.
Here is my meal plan for the day:
Breakfast - banana, pineapple, spinach smoothie
Lunch - apple, lemon, kale smoothie
Supper - grapefruit, kale smoothie

Hi all, Glad to be back..I missed y'all but stayed on track during my trip..
I lived mainly on fruits and green salads as I totally forgot to pack my VM..so typical..
Today I woke up and hada wonderful huge greens moothie for B, fro L I will have a Greek collard green salad (had one last night, yumm-o.
S will be fruit and D will be a coleslaw...
Have a wonderful day, stay dry up north and stay cool down south..we are expecting 104 degrees all week long here in Houston..no fun, so pool and lots of watermelon is on our agenda here..

Snacks: bananas, mangoes, avocado (if it's ripe)

Good afternoon!
I'm having a big day today, raw-wise. I finally got the dehydrator I bought off of craigslist cleaned up and ready to go, so I have some kale chips and flax crackers in there now. I'm so excited, they both will be done by dinner, so guess what I'm eating for dinner? :D
Also, I have experienced my first young coconut...... wow. I am speechless with how amazingly GOOD they are.
B: smoothie with banana, raspberries, spinach
S: banana
L: mango mashed with meat from young coconut
S: grapes and nectarine
D: kale chips, guacamole with flax crackers and veggies for dipping

Brekkie - blueberry, banana, grape, coconut oil, mango smoothie
Snack - banana
Lunch - avo and some olives
Dinner - sunny pate, spinach, mung bean sprouts, shallots
Supper - raw bar and raw choc

Mmmm... yummy food!
Well, the plan didn't work. LOL. I spied the lonely, yet enormous, cantaloupe on my counter and dug in.
Now I have cantaloupe coming out of my ears.
I might have room left for a smoothie later :)

Green Smoothie with Spinach, Cilantro, Mango, Pineapple, Cherries
60 Cherries :D
Salad with Romaine, Avocado, Sea Flakes, and Coconut Aminos for dressing
Tummy not doing so well today :( But I'm hanging in there, and I've stayed raw for 22 days YEAH!!

L: Chopped avocado, mango, pineapple and red bell pepper chopped up together. Mmmmm.
S: Spoon of almond butter. :]
