Had a handful of organic grapes for breakfast. We're going to hubby's mother's for lunch and I'm bringing my own. I made Alissa's salsa (not sure why because I hate raw tomatoes, but I wanted to try it :p ) and I have some of one of her flax cracker recipes in there, don't remember what it was called but it has carrots and purple cabbage in it, to dip. I also have some a baggy of baby carrots and snap peas, some more organic grapes, and some hemp seed brownies :D. I'll make a salad for supper, and if one of my avos are ripe, pea soup too.

Good afternoon! :)
Today I've been busy... I'm baking gifts for my Dad for Father's Day (my apologies if it's not okay to mention this) and haven't had the urge to dive in. Hurray!
B: banana
S: lemon water
L: smoothie - spinach, banana, blueberries
D: I don't know yet. I'll be at my parents house so will probably have a salad of some sort while they have their dinner.
I hope you all are having a wonderful day!
P.S. Today was official weigh-in day. I've lost 14.8 pounds. Not bad for my first month of Raw. lol

Pilgrim--go you! You're doing awesome at this :D
Coriander -- go you too! Congratulations on almost 15 lbs!
I have figured out that I can't eat much in the way of nuts, they completely halt any weight loss and seem to cause me to retain water. I was feeling really good the first week of the 30 day challenge, while I was eating no nuts, then I ate nuts for the second week and felt less well and lost zero weight (went up a pound or two). Now I'm on my third day with no nuts and the weight loss has started up again, down three pounds. Crazy eh?
B: brown smoothie (spinach + raspberries = brown) had bananas in it too
L: salad with raw onion dressing
S: dried banana chips, papaya, cherries and goji berries
D: some cantaloupe (but it was nasty so I didn't eat much), banana with cocoa powder, touch of honey, and dried coconut
S: rest of the smoothie from breakfast

Great job everyone!!!
Chia Pudding with homemade almond milk
Chopped up bananas mixed in
Watermelon
Avocado, celery, and some soaked almonds
We had a big family picnic, and while everyone ate their grilled supper, I sat there and ate my watermelon.
My dad looked at me, and said, "Why aren't you eating what everyone else is eating?" I just looked at him, smiled, and said I'm fine with just my watermelon ;)
After everyone ate, they all sat there in their chairs, half zoned out, and talking about how tired they were, and I was ready to walk, or play fresbee!
When it was dessert time, I had more watermelon, and my dad just looked at me strange :D
Had a good day, loved being out in the sunshine, playing and being with family.
