Can't believe it's day 18 already!!!!:D
I have some beautiful coconuts and melons calling my name today!!
Green smoothie for breakfast and then we'll see....I do like to think a bit about what I'm going to have but it usually doesn't work out that way....and I love the flexibility of this wol...eat when I am hungry...stay raw..yup.
Prepared some Irish Moss yesterday so may get the time to make the chocolate torte...if not tomorrow for sure....have to make coconut cream and almond milk first to do it......crazy day with the kids AND water play...wish me luck!:)

안녕하십니까 ;안녕히 가십시오
Today I go to the doctor for my arm that got banged up when I fell on the ice this winter. At the time I thought I had just sprained it so never went to get it checked out. Bad dog. I have to say that since I have gone raw that I am in a lot less pain.
So, here is the meal plan for the day:
Breakfast - banana, apple, lemon, spinach smoothie
Lunch - carrot, cauliflower, celery
Supper - banana, orange, kale smoothie

Good luck Nellie, hope it is Ok..
We are heading out of town today for a wedding.so I am planning on taking strawberries for the 3.5+ drive and stop at the grocery store once we get there, we are staying with family, so fridge will be available, thank goodness. I also made some of the nut-free kale chips this morning, to snack on..they smell delish, so I bet they are divine.
B-green smoothie- collard leaves, spinach, pear and banana..
S-strawberries
L-huge frizzle salad- mixed baby greens, collards, tomato, green onions and dash of bragg's, dash of olive oil, pepper and herbs..smells good, so can't wait to eat that here in a few..
S- on the road strawberries and kale chips..
D- have no clue but you betcha it will be RAW..:D:)
Have a wonderful weekend, see y'all on sunday or maybe monday..

Today is Day 27 for me. :)
I'm feeling better today after yesterday's raw zucchini nausea. Yuck.
I'll be keeping things simple today with smoothies and salad. I'm going to stay away from the nuts to give my system a rest.
I hope you all have a gorgeous day!!!

The Dr. said that my shoulder and elbow are locked. I have very little range of motion - can't touch my nose, straighten my arm or lift it very high. He said once he gets the x-ray results he will know more - if the upper arm is broken or the shoulder is locked. He said that with cortisone shots and physical therapy they can be unlocked. Had to go to the hospital for the x-rays and I asked the tech if the arm was broken. She said "I can't tell you that." Oookaaay. And, she only took film of my shoulder. Maybe they will give me the results next week.
