Hello all,
I've tried a few searches but as yet have not found answers to a couple of questions.
I've got my nut milk bag and my blender at the ready. I'm about to embark on my first ever juice FEAST (*not* fast!) and need to know a couple of things:
-any suggestions for combinations of fruit & veg in the juice? (which combos are most delicious/nutritious? Also, which to avoid?
-do you ever add water to your juice before you blend it? (to help the blender out with denser veggies & fruits?)
-I'd like to add broccoli, cabbage and carrots in my juice recipes, but my current blender is rather wimpy. Any suggestions on how to effectively juice these veggies in a blender?
-do you still continue to drink 2 litres of water daily?
-I'd love to juice berries, but they are so dreadfully expensive to buy fresh. Will juicing thawed frozen berries interfere with the beneficial effects of the feast?
-can anyone please point me to any threads that will take me through the basic "juice feasting 101" for total beginners?
thanks for your help! :)
