 I've never been a big milk drinker, but a friend of me sent me this link and I wasn't sure whether this would be considered raw? I know it's not Vegan, and I doubt I would ever use it, but I wanted to have some answer to give her (I'm hearing a few protein comments coming my way now) Sigh.

Some raw foodists include raw meat and/or dairy into their diets; but most of us here are about eating raw plant-based diets, not animal protein.

About protein, this link to a previous discussion on the issue may be of help to you when faced with questions of protein and other nutrients: http://rawfoodtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=408

Hi Rawmommie:)
I have never been much of a milk drinker either but quit totally after I read some studies on this site.

The advertising agencies have done a great job selling us that we need it when we really don't. Also we are the only mammal that drinks milk after we are weaned off of it and then don't even drink from our own kind.
Have a great day!

Thanks! That's just the kind of thing I can give to my friends that are asking. I just needed some info to back up what I already was thinking! :)
