Okay im pretty sure i have Candida overgrowth...!!
HAs anyone of you taken candida tablets to help combat that?
I found some on Iherb but im not sure how long i should take them?
Should it be permanent so i can keep up with not having Candida or what?
Im thinking if they are for controlling Candida overgrowth.. then there should be no need to continue? Even though im pretty sure candida could come again...
I also heard Oregano Oil are great for Candida overgrowth

Are you sure that you have candida.
I never heard of tablets and thought that diet was the only way to fix it.
I read most people have it and dont know it.
i havent been tested but im on medication and not healthy at the moment at all..
i know im not alkaline at all! i am going to change that tho. :D
But... i figure the pills wont hurt?
Anyone know something about this?

IMO...don't spend a lot of money on pills and otc remedies. They don't work. What worked for me was a long juice fast. 40 days. Then.... staying raw. If I stray from raw, thats when my issues pop up again.

Yup i can vouch for this. I did an 150 orange juice fast along with some herbal colon balance to keeps things moving along. I forgot what candida was after about 20 days. Fasting works, its cheap and your not pumping your stomach full of crap that doesn't work. Candida will always be there, its supposed to be there, the body is designed that way. It flares up and symptoms start appearing because the body is acidic and full of accumulated waste. Its like a safety mechanism for the body and eliminates waste. If it didn't do this we'd all be in a world of hurt. The problem is when your overloaded with accumulated waste it causes the Candida to work overtime to remove the stuff and thats when all hell breaks loose. The trick to get this bad boy dormant is to help eliminate the waste within the body which is what fasting does along with a lower colon balance herbal formula to keep things moving along. I was raw for about 5 years straight and it did nothing for my candida. Probably made it worse. The fast did the trick and I haven't had any flare ups or Candida symptoms.
There is no Candida diet. Thats bogus infotainment and doesn't work and really limits what you can't eat. The worse part about candida diets is that it makes you stop eating fruits because of the bogus sugar fear. Fruits are the most cleansing foods available to humans.
Don't buy any crap that claims it will get rid of your Candida, its all bogus. PM me with your email and i'll send you a book that tells you how to cure yourself with some fresh squeezed OJ fasting. The Dr. that came up with this cure all for all illness had a 100% success rate i believe.

I am so glad I found this thread because I have been suffering from candida overgrowth for almost a year now. As far as diagnosis from an MD, forget it. They don't believe it exists, or try prescription drugs to fight it. I was sent to the best allergist in my state, and he put me on a prescription med. I had been feeling lots of relief from going raw, less than a month ago, and now that I've been on these pills for a week, my sinus and neck pain have returned. I am tired, weak and foggy headed again. I am a medical professional myself, so it's hard to believe that the sugars in fruit are not going to feed the candida, but at this point I'm ready to give this juice fast a try.

There are 2 schools of thought on candida.
One says that you have to reduce your sugar and the other that you have to reduce your fat.
