I am using 3 cups of water to 1 cup of almonds (1 cup measured when they are dry, they are obviously more than a cup after they have been soaked overnight).
Would you say 3:1 ratio is a good ratio?
Can anyone else share their ratio?

3:1 is a pretty standard ratio. You can also do 2:1, makes it a little milkier, but you get less for your money.
I use the 3:1 and love it. I also, throw the strained almond pulp back in the blender at a 2:1 ratio for a second go. This gives me more for my money and when mixed with the first batch of almond milk, doesnt effect the taste.
The price of almonds here is now over $9 a lb. Ugh
