Hi everyone,
I hope I'm posting in the right area, if not please move me, thanks in advance.
The Bad News
I have fallen off the raw food wagon for some time now and I am truly sick and tired of looking and feeling like crap. I health problem I want to address right now is acne. I have for quite some time started breaking out with acne, literally everyday I see a new one develop and yet the older ones are still there, they take forever to go away and are leaving scars. The reason I'm focusing on acne is because its something you can see, I know from other posts that a lot of health problems will clear up on a high raw diet which is great but its not something that can be seen by others, so while my body attends to cleaning up my other health issues, acne is the one that I want to focus on here.
The Good News
Today I caught up with the raw food wagon and hopped on, bucled up my safety belt so I dont fall off again and off we went :) I feel good about this and I am determined to clear up my acne once and for all. I have searched through past posts on this forum about acne and people have said there's has cleared up but what I want to do is provide before and after photos to prove once and for all that raw food will clear acne for those people who are still not too sure (I'm using myself as the guinnea pig here oink oink). I'm doing this because its now that iam in my early 40's that I have started to experience this. And it really does ruin a person's self image, confidence and if I can help just one person out there by seeing the transformations through my own photos then it was worth the shot!
Wish me luck, the before photos should be uploaded in a few days time. The after photos will be loaded each month so you can track my progress. Not sure how long it will take, but I will keep on going until my skin is TOTALLY clear :)
Note:
I will be also using the recomendations of Rawpriestess and Sweetgoddess by using the parsley smash on my face, then the honey, then finish off with coconut oil as a moisturiser.
Wish me luck!
