Growing spinach

I am interested in growing some spinach on a small plot for juciing.

Does any body know how well this plant yields?

I want to harvest like 1kg per day is this possible. How big an area will i need.

How can i keep bugs and pest of it with out pesticides.

Spinach grows pretty well but you would need a lot to be able to harvest a kilo per day. Your best bet would be to do sustainable harvesting but again...you would need quite a few plants to get the yield you want.
