I miss raw so much after eating mostly a SAD diet...i wonder why i havent changed back sooner. Tomorrow's a new day. :-) My fast ended this weekend...wasnt feeling up to it i guess, but i will try again soon. But I am going to go back to high raw. I felt so good about everything when I ate raw, and I want that feeling back!

I miss it too. I've been saying "oh, i'll start saturday, because friday is the end of the week and I must finish it out, I'll start fresh on a fresh weekend." Saturday morning I screwed up and said "well, Sunday is the beginning of a new week, I'll start then." today I messed up AGAIN. I'm going to conquer this addiction and start tomorrow "it's the start of a new work week." Well, I started at 11 this morning and determined NOT to go back to cooked, no matter how tempting. Remember, the cravings will pass in three days, we can stay strong during that time!

I still have cravings on and off. Yesterday someone brought a deli hamburger and fries into our class. Oh, it smelled sooo good. I just had to keep talking to myself about my health and pain and being set free from this addiction. It was really rough. I did stay raw though...somehow...through the grace of God.

Yeah I know about cravings, day 1 of a 30 day challenge here. I didn't have as much to eat as I should have today so late in the evening I'm feeling a bit hungry and a roommate pops some microwave popcorn, now I can honestly say I'm through with meat and I think I can resist the cheese temptation (been a big part of my diet because I'll do wine and cheese) but wow that butter smell just smelled soooo gooooood. Well I went and grabbed a slice of date nut torte I'd made an hour before and problem solved.
