Hi i am sam from the united kingdom.

I am 18 years old and i know alot of knowledge about all aspects of health and fitness.

I am from a poor family and dont have enough money to buy fruit and vegetables because they are too expensive.

Any way i am starting a online muscle building website in about 4 weeks.

Aw, Sam, I'm sorry.
I've dealt with depression and shutting myself away in the past, the tooth thing certainly rings a bell. It can be so hard to motivate oneself in the slightest bit, I'm glad you've taken the initiative and joined the forum.

Are you still on steroids? I'm sure you don't need to be told about what they shrink. If you're worried about size down there, definitely try to stay away from taking any more.

There are plenty of supplements you can take for your joints

Also, I know you said you can't afford to go raw, but just cutting out gluten can do wonders for your health, and consequently your weight and mood.

I hope some of that helps a bit.

The thing about it shels is i am not that easy as ur are saying that a fish oil tablet will improve joints. There are so many issues and i highly doubt a product like fish oil is even good for u. What u need to understand is 90% of supplement research is made up to sell products.

Fish oil is not something that we would promote here. We are a vegan forum.
You can get vegan supplements that do the same thing.

Sam, perhaps you can garden or learn about foraging for already growing plants. Dandelion leaves, for example, are highly nutritious. If you can't garden yourself, maybe you have neighbors who might share their bounty. Try getting the word out there that you would be very grateful for any produce sent your way.

There may be co-ops where you can get produce less expensively, or you can ask at the grocery store if they might give you what becomes slightly overripe. Some stores will.

Buying seasonally helps tremendously with cost. Many fruits ( peeled bananas and berries, for example) can be frozen. Or they can be pureed and dried into fruit leather. Veggies can be pureed and made into dehydrated crackers.

I wish you all the best!

Oh right, sorry. Totally slipped my mind. The idea was omega 3's, so walnuts. :p Make sure you have your essential fatty acids. That should help out your liver as well, come to think of it. And, I'm not a big supporter of supplements, if you eat right you can easily get all your nutrients through food.
I agree with FreedomSeeker - co-ops are a godsend for affordable produce.
