FINALLY!!!
Soo glad to have finally decided to get my own raw food blog rolling. I've been debating starting something a little more permanent for years, those little scrap books filled with scribbles of what I'm eating for the day DON'T hold me accountable nor does it support me when I get a mean craving. I've been scouring this website for the past few days and by golly it seems like a pretty rad community.
I feel like I could write my whole life story and what got me to this point RIGHT THIS MINUTE! But, I'm going to spare whoever decides to read this.. plus! I have my first Raw Tomato soup to uncook.
In short, I want to live forever. In fact I want to transcend time.. I heard this diet may be exactly what I'm looking for. I tried it out a few years ago when I was about 20lbs over weight unhappy and in a new city with not much else to do. I got amazing results, but once I returned back home the beers were served and the party got started.
I'm at a time in my life where I need to find inner and outer peace, I've always found a huge change in my mood according to how I eat. So, this is the beginning of a 30 day Raw food challenge!!!
