Hey RAWbies!!!

Well, I was so busy, I didn't get a chance to take any photos at the Demo this weekend!!! SORRY!!! :o But, most of what I made I have made before for other demos...and those photos are here on this site...

This Demo went so WELL!!! I had 38 people come and stay for they ENTIRE Demo!!! Many parents were surprised at how much their kids LOVED the food!!! Wives were surprised how much their Hubby's liked the food, too!!! Here's what I served:

1. Green Smoothie (H2O, Romaine, Mint, Banana)

2. Pineapple Apple Salad (from Alissa's 1st Book)

3. Eggless Egg Salad w/Romaine & Alissa's Basic Flax Crackers

4. Banana IceCream

I wanted to keep the recipes simple, so I chose ones I had made before. Everyone had a great time and loved the food! I got to tell everyone how I met Alissa and how much she has changed my life!

These Demos are so much fun! Take advantage of them while you can! :D
